Added a new public LTD's catalog category

• Updated all LTD's items to cost 15 diamonds

• Refreshed the catalog so updated stock appears in-game

• Switched landing page background to the Netherlands scene
• Replaced promo widget image with the Camping Day Bundle

🐛 Bug Fixes
• Fixed players being unable to create rooms (name length mismatch)
• Fixed players being unable to place wall items (light switches) in their rooms
• Fixed floor plan editor now correctly allows room owners to edit their own room regardless of rank
• Fixed WebSocket connection error that prevented players from logging in

💎 Donations
• Added credits to all donation tiers

🏷️ Staff Badges
• Staff rank prefixes now display in orange
