Welcome to SonarOtel — Getting Started Guide

New here? No worries! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get started on SonarOtel.

Step 1: Create Your Look

When you first log in, you can customise your avatar appearance. Click the wardrobe icon in the bottom toolbar to open the Figure Editor and pick your clothes, hair, and style.

Step 2: Explore the Hotel

Use the Navigator (map icon in the toolbar) to browse public rooms. You can explore popular rooms, games, and themed areas. Just double-click a room to enter!

Step 3: Earn Credits

Credits are the main currency on SonarOtel. You can earn them by logging in daily for your login reward, playing games in the hotel, participating in events hosted by staff, and trading furniture with other players.

Step 4: Buy Furniture

Open the Shop to browse and buy furniture, clothing, and effects using your credits. You can also trade furniture directly with other players.

Step 5: Build Your Own Room

Click the + button in the Navigator to create your own room. Once inside, enter Build Mode to place furniture from your inventory and design your space.

Step 6: Make Friends

Click on another player and select Add Friend to send a friend request. Use the Friends panel to chat and visit friends rooms.

Step 7: Get Help
